Grilled potato slices

Ingredients:
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 5 cl of olive oil 
  • Fresh thyme or savoury (sarriette) to taste
  • Table salt to taste
    Instructions:
  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 8 mm slices.
  3. Cook them for 5 minutes in salted water.
  4. Drain the potato slices, brush with olive oil and sprinkle fresh thyme or savoury on them.
  5. Place the potato slices on the top barbecue grill for 5 minutes on each side
